Curriculum

The program’s child-centered curriculum provides educational excellence in an atmosphere of Christian love. Children at our pre-school and childcare center are encouraged to expand their interests and abilities through positive relationships with other children and teachers.  Staff strive to meet each child’s spiritual, social-emotional, physical and intellectual needs.

The implementation of Teaching Strategies Gold integrated with the Iowa Early Learning Standards at our chidcare center focuses children’s learning through exploration, experimentation and play. Teachers provide intentional and purposeful activities daily that support the development of each child.  The childcare center also offers enrichment to the curriculum through chapel, music, visits from guest teachers, the local librarian and many other seasonal based activities.
